Existing Patients

$550.00 per year, per patient

Members will receive:

2 regular dental check-ups
Doctor exam, digital X-rays for cavity detection, dental cleaning, and periodontal evaluation (*periodontal therapy not included)
Oral cancer screening
Oral hygiene instruction
TMJ screening
Fluoride treatment twice a year for children 15 and under
1 emergency visit: problem-focused exam and a single periapical X-ray
20% discount off usual and customary fees

New Patients

$595.00 per year, per patient

Members will receive:

2 regular dental check-ups
Doctor exams, including a comprehensive exam
Digital X-rays for cavity detection, dental cleaning, and periodontal evaluation (*periodontal therapy not included)
Oral cancer screening
Oral hygiene instruction
TMJ screening
Fluoride treatment twice a year for children 15 and under
1 emergency visit: problem-focused exam and a single periapical X-ray
20% discount off usual and customary fees

Perio Patients

$835.00 per year, per patient

Members will receive:

4 periodontal maintenance dental check-ups
Doctor exam, digital X-rays for cavity detection, dental cleaning, and periodontal evaluation
Oral cancer screening
Oral hygiene instruction
TMJ screening
Scaling and root planing not included
1 emergency visit: problem-focused exam and a single periapical X-ray
20% discount off usual and customary fees
