We accept CareCredit for point of service financing. If you need to apply for CareCredit, we will be happy to process your application and approved patients can use their financing on the same day as they are approved.

The annual cost is $550.00 per year per patient.
For this annual fee, members will receive the following:
- 2 Regular Dental Check Ups
Doctor Exam, Digital x-rays for cavity detection, Dental Cleaning and Periodontal Evaluation (*Periodontal therapy not included), Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Hygiene Instruction, TMJ Screening and Fluoride treatment twice a year for children 15 and under. - 1 Emergency Visits:
Problem focused exam and a single periapical x-ray. - 20% Discount off Usual and Customary Fees
New Patients:
The annual cost is $595.00 per year per patient.
For this annual fee, members will receive the following:
- 2 Regular Dental Check Ups
Doctor Exams including a comprehensive exam, Digital x-rays for cavity detection, Dental Cleaning and Periodontal Evaluation (*Periodontal therapy not included), Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Hygiene Instruction, TMJ Screening and Fluoride treatment twice a year for children 15 and under. - 1 Emergency Visits

Perio Patients:
The annual cost is $835.00 per year per patient.
For this annual fee, members will receive the following:
- 4 Perio Maintenance Dental Check Ups
Doctor Exam, Digital x-rays for cavity detection, Dental Cleaning and Periodontal Evaluation, Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Hygiene Instruction, TMJ Screening. Scaling and root planning not included. - 1 Emergency Visits
Problem focused exam and a single periapical x-ray - 20% Discount off Usual and Customary Fees
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and discounted rates. Discount does not apply to Invisalign or products. Cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts of any kind. CareCredit cannot be used for payment. NO WAITING PERIODS, NO CLAIM FORMS, NO RESTRICTIONS ON TREATMENT, NO PRE-DETERMINATIONS, NO AGE LIMITATIONS.
